cooking class update
a couple fun things that i'll teach you to make!
ok y’all
So first things. Our first class will be next Saturday, February 7th, from 10 am to 2 pm. I will demonstrate, and maybe pull a couple of you up to participate. You will walk away with recipe cards for everything we do, and at the end, or maybe as we progress through the items, we will eat what we make! Some adult beverages will be available for those who want.
The menu for the day:
Deviled Eggs
Chicken Liver Pate w/ Popovers and Strawberry Jam
Brussels w/ white beans, stock, and apple butter
Chicken & Waffles! gochuchang peanut butter, pickles, fish sauce caramel
Huegenot Torte, with maple whipped cream

Spots are very limited. Especially since this is our first go.
I will return soon with recipes and the story of The Agrarian! Gotta dinner this weekend, I need to get through — then things will be back to regular posting.
